IPET Lesson Plans 8/16-24/18

Thursday:  The students will complete getting-to-know you activity.  Students will also explain what their academic goals are for the year.

Friday:  The student will discuss an overview of the IPET course and its role at WOISD.

Monday:  The students will discuss confidentiality and its importance in the classroom.  Powerpoint and class discussion.

Tuesday:  The students will discuss Special Education.  Powerpoint and class discussion.

Wednesday:  The students will continue to discuss discuss Special Education.  Powerpoint and class discussion.

Thursday:  The students will meet with campus principals to go over expectations and rules.

Friday: The students will meet with campus principals to go over expectations and rules.

Principles of Education Lesson Plans 8/16-24/18

Thursday:  The students will watch and participate in a get-to-know you activity.  Students will also go over class expectations and rules.

Friday:  The students will discuss Career Clusters and the role of Education and Training in the clusters.  Complete graphic organizer.

Monday:  The students will discuss the Education and Training Cluster and discuss possible careers in the this cluster.

Tuesday:  The students will go over Career and Technical Education terms.  Complete vocabulary worksheet.

Wednesday:  The students will create flash cards for the vocabulary and quiz each other.

Thursday:  The students will review the introductory unit – Kahoots.

Friday:  The students will demonstrate knowledge of the introductory unit – Test.
